Our Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Commitment

We are committed to operating responsibly, sustainably and transparently, and to embedding environmental, social and governance (ESG) principles into the way we run our organisation.

Our priority is to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred services while minimising our environmental impact, supporting positive social outcomes, and maintaining strong governance and oversight.

We are committed to working towards net‑zero compliance by 2050, in line with national expectations and in a way that is proportionate to the delivery of essential social care services. To support this ambition, we have adopted an organisation‑wide Carbon Reduction Plan, which sets out our approach to understanding our carbon footprint, reducing emissions over time, and monitoring progress through clear governance arrangements.

Carbon reduction activity is delivered in a way that does not compromise the quality or safety of the care and support we provide.
