Solent Employment Project in collaboration with Autism Hampshire are funding a new course for employers with branches in the Hampshire and Southampton areas. The training course has been created and designed by an experienced autistic trainer.

Who is it for?

Our course is designed for anyone seeking to increase the diversity of their workforce, including:

• Direct line managers
• HR Managers
• HR Advisors
• Diversity and Inclusion Manager
• Diversity and Inclusion Officers
• Team leaders

Cost

The course is funded by the European Social Fund, Solent Get into Employment, working in partnership with Southampton City Council, The Prince’s Trust and Autism Hampshire, and is free at the point of delivery.

As there is a limited number of places for the course, please ensure you are fully available to attend both days before signing up.
