Avenues has teamed up with Access Social Care to enable people and their families to receive free legal information about social care through a chatbot on their website.

Access Social Care is a charity that supports communities to increase knowledge of the law and rights, providing free legal advice and information for people with health and social care needs. They have developed a chatbot called AccessAva which you can now access on Avenues' website.

 

What does the AccessAva chatbot do?
