Yes, there is a free drop off parking space on the right hand side of the shop.

Whilst we are grateful for all donations, there are some items we cannot accept due to Health and Safety / legal reasons.

Please read list below and if you’re still not sure if your item will be accepted, please call the shop on 01329 826842 where someone will advise you.

Furniture

  • upholstered furniture without a fire label
  • furniture with noticeable rips, stains, chips, cracks and scratches
  • furniture with missing parts or damage that may make the item unsafe
  • musical organs or pianos
  • homemade cushions
  • candles without instructions
  • linens
  • beds
  • mattresses
  • duvets and pillows that have been used
  • sewing machines
  • knitting machines

Sports Equipment

  • buoyancy aids, lifejackets, inflatable dinghies
  • safety helmets, riding hats, cycle helmets, crash helmets
  • climbing equipment, ropes and harnesses
  • firefighting equipment
  • roller boots/blades/skates

Children’s

  • car seats
  • prams, pushchairs and buggies
  • highchairs
