Choices Advocacy A Citizen Advocacy project, this means that ordinary citizens volunteer and are trained with advocacy skills. Almost everybody needs an advocate at some point in their lives and some people are disadvantaged when it comes to speaking up for themselves. Citizen advocates help to change this so that all adults can take part in shaping their own lives.
Autism Research Centre Established in 1997, the Autism Research Centre brings together the largest group of scientists in the UK working to understand the causes of autism spectrum conditions. The ARC also conducts research to evaluate new developments in clinical practice related to these conditions.
