The ASD And ADHD Service provides diagnoses for adults with Autistic Spectrum Disorders and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder run by Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.
This service is available in areas served by the following CCGs: Fareham and Gosport; North Hampshire; South Eastern Hampshire; West Hampshire; Portsmouth.
